Champagne | Brut
Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial Brut Champagne is the world's first champagne specifically created to be enjoyed on ice cubes during the day when the weather is hot. This new champagne experience combines fun, fresh, and free sensations while remaining true to the Moet & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruit, its seductive palate, and elegant maturity. Breaking all the traditional Champagne rules, Moet Ice Imperial brings freshness and modernity to the next generation of luxury. The profile of the wines used in its blend has been meticulously selected for their specific contribution: a predominance of winey, angular Pinot Noir (40-50%), both for its fruity intensity and for the integrating structure it confers on the dosage; full, fleshy Pinot Meunier (30-40%), for its richness and fondu in the mouth; and Chardonnay (10-20%) with a touch of sharp acidity for a refreshing finish. Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial is a deep gold color with amber highlights and powerful aromas of tropical fruits (mango, guava), stonefruits (nectarine), and a note of raspberry. On the palate, there is a thick, fleshy, voluptuous flavor of fresh fruit salad, the captivating sweetness of caramel and quince jelly, and the refreshing acidity of grapefruit and ginger notes. Moet and Chandon Ice Imperial Brut Champagne served with three ice cubes in a large cabernet-style glass. It can be mixed with ingredients that heighten its freshness and aromatic intensity. These include mint leaves, lime or white grapefruit zest, a cucumber peel, a very thin slice of ginger, and red fruits (strawberries, raspberries). It exemplifies the House's elegance and pioneering nature, packaged in luxurious white lacquered bottles with a black tie, gold label, and silver design that revamp industry conventions. Enjoy!
