The Lambrusco and vinifera juices are cool-fermented in stainless steel. The wine is then blended and sweetened. The 17% Wild Grape Wine is a proprietary blend of concord grapes and native New York grape concentrate with enhanced grape character and color. Special care has been taken to preserve the delicate, neutral taste profile and color. The balance is medium sweet with fruit characteristic of concord grape.
